MR plywood

According to GOST 3616.1-96 (a set of technical standards maintained by the Euro-Asian Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification) MR plywood (water-proof plywood) is manufactured with the use of urea-formaldehyde glue for indoor use. (Code TNVD 4412321000).
Thickness of the plywood sheets ranges from 4 to 21 mm.
MR plywood can be recognised due to the characteristic light adhesive interlayers of urea-formaldehyde glue.

MR plywood areas of use: MR plywood is traditionally in demand in the furniture industry for the manufacture of cabinet and office furniture, cabinet designs. Due to its high endurance and strength, MR plywood has become one of the most popular in construction and renovation, for the production of a variety of interior constructions as well as for wall and ceiling panelling.

It is used for interior decoration, floor installation, as a base for parquet or laminated flooring, interior partitions. This plywood is used for the production of environmentally friendly packaging, i.e. for the production of boxes, cases and pallets.

The MR plywood is packed by types, grades, sorts and sizes in bundles of 400 mm. The bundles are tied by two transverse and two longitudinal belts of wrapping film.  If packed for export then the appropriate packaging of the plywood is discussed. The exact packaging options will depend on the means of transportation of the product. The guaranteed shelf life of our products is 3 years from the delivery date.  The basis in the formation of prices is -Mosty FCA.

WBR plywood is large-size plywood with increased water resistance that is made with phenol-formaldehyde glue.According to GOST 3616.1-96 WBR plywood is plywood with increased water resistance for indoor and outdoor use. (Code TNVD 4412321000) WBR comes in grades III/III, III/IV, IV/IV.  WBR plywood can be recognised due to the characteristic dark adhesive interlayers of phenol-formaldehyde glue. The WBR plywood thickness is 4-30 mm. Depending on the appearance of the outer layers this product comes in 4 grades. Length – 1250 mm Width – 2500 mm
WBR plywood areas of use: WBR plywood is equally popular for indoor works as it is for outside use.

Due to the multiple veneer layers this product has high resistance to deformation and can be used for façade panelling and other outside works.  High wear resistance and resistance to changes in humidity levels and air temperature makes this product relevant for use in the building of roof space, suspended ceilings, floor insulation, manufacture of billboards and street fencing. The obvious advantages of the WBR plywood are its ease of handling and installation. These sheets can be sawn, drilled and fitted with any tool and are popular in railway car manufacturing, shipbuilding and in car (interior) and packaging manufacture.
